1. Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Platform

Welcome to Prana Earth (“Prana Earth”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our websites, platforms (including Predict, Marketplace, and associated APIs), and services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an enterprise, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind such entity.

2. Scientific Methodology & Climate Modeling Disclaimers

Prana Earth delivers forward-looking physical climate risk modeling derived from peer-reviewed climate simulations, including the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 6 (CMIP6) ensemble output (specifically MPI-ESM1-2-HR and MRI-ESM2-0 runs) downscaled and aggregated onto an H3 discrete global grid system.

3. User Accounts & Organizational Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, OTPs, and access tokens. You agree to immediately notify Prana Earth of any unauthorized use of your account. Enterprise accounts are responsible for ensuring that all members granted access comply with confidentiality and data protection standards.

4. Marketplace Projects & Detailed Project Reports (DPR)

The Prana Earth Marketplace connects capital providers and corporate sustainability teams with verified ecological restoration projects (e.g. wetland conservation, watershed management, rainwater harvesting).

Access to Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), concept notes, and milestone data is subject to inquiry verification and authorized execution. All project metrics, unit declarations (such as MLD, KLD, hectares), and financial requirements provided by implementation partners are subject to independent validation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary algorithms, including Prana Earth’s convex multi-hazard weighting methodology (§10.2), risk classification scales, PDF report generation engines, codebases, trademarks, and user interfaces are the exclusive intellectual property of Prana Earth and Physicswallah Limited. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or resell platform data without prior written authorization.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Invoicing

Enterprise access and premium tier subscriptions are billed according to the agreed plan cycle (monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prana Earth reserves the right to modify pricing with thirty (30) days prior notification to current subscribers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prana Earth and its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, climate scenario model variance, third-party implementation partner performance, or regulatory changes.
